 Yongchao Plastic Mold Factory
is a professional manufactory integrated plastic
mold design, manufacturing and processing as well
as plastic injection molding. It gained the certificate
of ISO9001:2000 Quality Manageemnt System in 2005.
The factory locates in the center of Huangjiang
Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with convenient
communication. It has advanced equipment and strong
strength. There are about 50 skillful technicians
including 7 experienced mold design engineers and
15 mold making engineers. It own a number of advanced
equipment and measure equipment, for example, CNC
equipment, EDM, wire-cutting machine, imported electric
milling machine, 280t and 180t injection machines
from Taiwan and Japan, photometer, color difference
meter, depth gauge, etc.
It mainly deals in design, manufacturing and processing
of various precision plastic mold and injection
processing such as computer panel, keyboard, sound
box, plastic shell of household appliances, toy,
mobile shell and so on. It also provides the services
of drawing, mold test, maintenance and so on. The
factory has gained trust and recognition from customers
with good quality, prompt delivery, reasonable price
